I have been told it will be delivered between.pm and.pm but this means I have been sat in the house for a total of. hours (as of now) for these parcels! I would like to put in a formal complaint and also would like to speak to somebody because this is not the first time it has happened with Hermes.Very unhappy and this has ruined my day.
